As a general rule, bespoke meat processors will charge between 70 and 90 cents per pound of hanging weight for processing, so you’ll be looking at roughly $5.12 per pound of processed beef in total. Remember that this covers all steaks, hamburgers, roasts, ribs, and other meats.
